The location and facilities were very good hit us.

Loved our penthouse room for 2 with lake view.

We needed a one-night stay after we left our hotel in Italy early due to the noise around the hotel. Campanile Findrol Annemasse Savoie Leman met all of our needs: comfortable beds, a quiet room, and a modern bathroom. The only thing missing was a mini-fridge. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Everything was ok: room was spacious enough and very clean, quite varied breakfast with very good coffee, very good Wi-Fi, daily cleaning of rooms. Short walk to reach train station or tram with connection to Genève. The town is nice, quiet and you can find everything there: good restaurants, good shopping places and also can make trips to France or Switzerland by train as Annemasse is a quite a big train station. As our flight was early morning we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 and we could check-in immediately because we agreed in advance with the hotel receptionist to prepare for us the rooms against a fee that we considered fair.

It was very clean and tidy inside the house. Also, it was designed simple and bright. Nothing was missing from coffee machine to washing machine. The host was very welcoming. We couldn't find the garage due to ongoing constructions around the house and he came by walk to help us. I would say it is a comfortable house. There is also a very delicious ramen place near house that we enjoyed.

The room is clean though we can hear the conversations in the next room but doesn't matter 'coz were tired from exploring beautiful France, so we slept through it. The parking is right outside our room which is really good. We ate at the restaurant next door and service was good. The hotel's front desk staff are really helpful. I would stay here again.

Highly recommend this very clean, friendly, and well located hotel in Annemasse. The rooms are large and serviced daily. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The 17 tram into Geneva is a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. The price per night is much less than staying in Geneva that is less than 20 minutes away by tram.
