The room is clean though we can hear the conversations in the next room but doesn't matter 'coz were tired from exploring beautiful France, so we slept through it. The parking is right outside our room which is really good. We ate at the restaurant next door and service was good. The hotel's front desk staff are really helpful. I would stay here again.

Everything was ok: room was spacious enough and very clean, quite varied breakfast with very good coffee, very good Wi-Fi, daily cleaning of rooms. Short walk to reach train station or tram with connection to Genève. The town is nice, quiet and you can find everything there: good restaurants, good shopping places and also can make trips to France or Switzerland by train as Annemasse is a quite a big train station. As our flight was early morning we arrived at the hotel at 10:00 and we could check-in immediately because we agreed in advance with the hotel receptionist to prepare for us the rooms against a fee that we considered fair.

Highly recommend this very clean, friendly, and well located hotel in Annemasse. The rooms are large and serviced daily. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The 17 tram into Geneva is a short 5 minute walk from the hotel. The price per night is much less than staying in Geneva that is less than 20 minutes away by tram.

Probably the best value for the money for the value I ever had. The employees were amazing, friendly, helpful. They helped us with parking (there is much cheaper hotel parking then any alternative nearby), with public transport (gave us the free tickets for the city), advises and all. Both the receptionist and the breakfast lady where great, and I am really grateful for making our stay very pleasant. The rooms were comfy and clean. Is a bit more older style hotel, not the most modern, but all is clean, functional, comfy, nice. The location is very close to old town, and most of the stuff is walking distance. Breakfast was great, even my picky kids were amazed and happy.

This hidden gem is exquisite! There is beauty to behold around every corner. The interior designer did an outstanding job! Every space is unique and stunningly beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice at all. The staff were very helpful as well. I was also delighted to be able to request a last minute massage which was so relaxing.
