My stay at the Derby Hotel was brilliant from start to finish. Hosts could not do enough, even baked cakes and pastries when we returned from our daily excursions! Breakfast was first class with a choice of plate sizes and food choices. Nice that we always had the same table for our meals. Downstairs bar for residents was fabulous with great music. Already re-booked for next year, highly recommend, 5 stars all the way, thank you Ivan and Tim...

Quaint and clean. The breakfast room was exquisite beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious. The owners were helpful and friendly. Will stay again next trip to Blackpool

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful thought my stay and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed I highly recommend staying here!

All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful. The hotel is well situated for a short break with a tram stop opposite which we used to travel up and down to see the lights.

Perfect location and a great seaside town hotel, perfectly located for the Opera House / Winter Gardens, and many bars & restaurants. A two minute walk to the beach and pier. Lovely greeting from Robert, who also cooked us a great breakfast! Spotlessly clean. Parking on the road to the side of the hotel, or secure parking for a small charge a few yards away. We were called the day before by Carol, the owner, asking if we would like to check in early. Overall, extremely helpful and accomodating.

The apartment was clean and modern. There was everything we needed for a short break.

Comfortable, clean, spacious, well stocked, well equipped. Everything you could wish for. Think I've covered it all.

Clean spacious apartment everything you need for a short stay.

Clean and very high standard rooms. Facilities were great. Breakfast was 5 star and staff where very helpful

Breakfast was fantastic, all 6 of us received our food quickly and it was hot. View was wonderful, the youngest grandson loved watching the trams. Family room was very spacious.

Clean, quiet and very comfortable apartment. Enjoyed our stay very much!
