Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived! The house was spotless and we were welcomed with a refreshing drink, which was such a nice touch. The entire place smells amazing and the surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Taxis are always available nearby, and there are two great restaurants right beside the house — super convenient! The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need, all the towels were clean, and the garden is lovely to relax in. The AC works perfectly, keeping the whole house cool and comfortable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bellagio — you’ll feel right at home!

Spacious, bright apartment right next to the train station (but quiet as the trains don’t run at night).. The apartment had everything you might need during your stay: bed linens, towels, soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, oil, salt, pepper, etc. Supermarket is a few minutes walk away as is the lake. Luca is very proactive with check in details and got in touch a few times during my stay to see if I needed anything.

The property was extremely well kept and clean, very comfortable and cozy. The owners make you feel right at home. This location is just over a mile away from the water front and the walk back to the hotel is up a steady incline. It’s quite the workout, which we did not mind but some people may not be prepared for this. If you don’t have a car and are not looking for an intense climb back, consider staying closer to the water front. However, this hotel was amazing. We had the most incredible view. Breakfast and dinners were excellent. The owners are fantastic.
