The building itself was really nice, more traditional looking, but with well-equipped rooms and really comfortable. Staff was friendly and nice. Check-in was flexible and with very good instructions.

Set on the shores of Lake Como, Crotto Dei Pescatori is located in Lezzeno. It offers air-conditioned accommodations and a traditional restaurant where a continental breakfast is served buffet style.

Crotto dei Pescatori does not look like much, but we really enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and clean, staff was very nice. The restaurant was good and the breakfast copious. Beautifully located on Lake Como across Villa del Balbianello. That villa has famously served as a filming location for two major blockbusters: Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones (2002) and the James Bond film Casino Royale (2006). I recommend Crotto dei Pescatori!

Mama Ciccia offers room in several locations in Mandello del Lario's center, on Lake Como. It features 2 restaurants and a bar. Rooms here offer free Wi-Fi and overlook an internal courtyard.

We loved our stay at Mamma Ciccia. The convenient location, just a short walk from the station, lake, ferry and plenty of restaurants and cafés. The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and we would return.

Charming apartment within steps of the ferry stop and the beautiful piazza where it is located. Matteo is an excellent host, accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable of the history of the area. He really goes out of his way to insure a pleasant stay. Large shower, comfortable bed, restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets close by, and an easy walk to the train station. I could not imagine staying anywhere else in Colico. And the price is more than reasonable for the area.

La Perla sul Lago enjoys a location in Pescate, 19 miles from Como Borghi Train Station and 19 miles from Basilica of San Fedele.
