Absolutely lovely place, views are amazing, staff are amazing. It gets fairly busy for food on an evening with lots of locals (so you know it's good). The pool is great. We hired ebikes from the owners and rode into town and up into the mountains, had the best stay. Wish we were there longer

Clean room, good food, lovely staff

The property was extremely well kept and clean, very comfortable and cozy. The owners make you feel right at home. This location is just over a mile away from the water front and the walk back to the hotel is up a steady incline. It’s quite the workout, which we did not mind but some people may not be prepared for this. If you don’t have a car and are not looking for an intense climb back, consider staying closer to the water front. However, this hotel was amazing. We had the most incredible view. Breakfast and dinners were excellent. The owners are fantastic.

We really enjoyed the thorough directions upon check in. In addition, we loved the central location, and cozy feel!

Great location. Loved Bellano. Best town to stay in in Lake Como. Less tourist. Easy to get into restaurants, catch the ferry etc

The property was in a perfect location, across the road from the ferry terminal and close to waterfront restaurants and supermarkets. Ettore, the host, was very helpful and easily contactable. This was a wonderful place to stay as a couple.

It is hard to say just one thing we liked; everything was perfect! Ines was so warm and inviting. She was so helpful coordinating transportation to and from the train station. And the food we were served was delicious. We ate every delicious meal on the terrace, taking in the most incredible view. The bed was firm and comfortable, the apartment had all the amenities we needed, and various drinks available for purchase. The trail was beautiful, and getting to see everyone interact in the shared courtyard made us feel like we were a part of a community.

5 minutes easy walk from train station and ferry. Super market next door, prices reasonable . Newly renovated, furnished and well equipped apartment. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Super nice host. Paolo answered our questions promptly. A microwave was provided upon request on booking so that we could prepare simple meals. Temperature in Bellano dropped during our stay. When we told him we didn’t know how to set the thermostat, he came in to manually set it so that we could raise the temperature. He checked on us later in the evening to ensure everything was working well. We’re very happy with the whole stay. Thank you again Paolo!

Exceptional place to spend some days discovering all Lago Como has to offer. The apartment is spacious, super clean, great location, and so so comfortable. We were there with our two kids, a 2-year-old and a 4months baby and we couldn't ask for more. Really great either for families , friends or a romantic trip. I highly recommend it. Francesca was a wonderful host, always kind and helpful. We will be definitely coming back
