Villa Marina was born from the vision and sensitivity of Marina and Elena, its owners and the true souls of the residence. It is above all thanks to Elena’s attentive eye — an architect and landscape architect — that the villa underwent a meticulous restoration lasting more than three years, carried out with profound respect for its history. Nothing was altered; everything was carefully listened to: proportions, materials, and the subtle traces of time. Even the restoration of the façade’s frescoes required months of patient dedication, a gesture of care toward the memory of the house. The villa is embraced by an extraordinary garden, expansive and level, stretching for approximately one hundred meters along the lake. Among rare trees and original marble statues, greenery merges seamlessly with the water, creating a natural continuity of rare elegance — a place suspended between serenity and beauty. Inside, Villa Marina preserves the authenticity of the early twentieth century: original cement tile and ancient travertine floors, historic fireplaces adorned with the coats of arms of noble families, and walls enriched with frescoes and period artworks.
