The place is clean and tidy, the breakfast is very satisfying, the location is fine in my opinion. There is private parking on site and the area seems safe. It is possible to book a place in the spa, although we did not take advantage of it. The staff is very kind and helpful.

Our first stay at a Tuscan agriturismo was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the multigenerational family made us feel like part of their own. Our host was extraordinarily welcoming, generously sharing her family traditions and educating us on the local wines and olive oils. It was a joy to see her young, rambunctious boys playing nearby, they added such a wonderful, authentic energy to the farm. As a baker myself, I have to rave about the homemade cakes. The apple, lemon, and orange cakes paired with a perfect cappuccino were the highlight of every morning. We only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool during the summer months. We left with full hearts and a craving for those recipes!

Beautiful home atmosphere — a quiet and peaceful place surrounded by nature, with wonderful people. I can hardly believe places like this still exist. I strongly recommend it!

The room looked very new so everything was really nice. Staff was really friendly so we felt really welcomed. Breakfast was also very tasty. There is an elevator. Easy parking.

The staff in the hotel and attached restaurant were fantastic, attentive and friendly. The room had an attached large balcony with a beautiful view. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the restaurant for dinner was popular with locals and tourists.

It’s a freshly renovated apartment, very conveniently located near Montepulciano in a cute little town. Bus services are reliable if you don’t have a car. Owner went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Speaks English too.

Amazing!! We reserved the family suite and had two totally separate rooms separated by a hallway and one shared bathroom and mini fridge (no kitchen, but tons of space to bring back food and eat). Breakfast was 20/10 (larger than pics showed--fresh pastries, paninis, muffins, cake from a nearby bakery, fresh fruit). Staff was so helpful and accommodating--and they make a great cappuccino. Took us about 7 minutes to drive to the heart of Montepulciano. Took a 8-minute walk to a great little restaurant. LOVED the free on-site parking. Can't do better than this for the price.

Excellent base for day trips into the villages and landscape of Tuscany. Accessibility of the location, short distances to many Tuscan places.

Plenty of room in the apartment and the bedroom and wardrobes were quite large. The owner stayed in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

This is a pleasant property and nicely located, for what my friends and family wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had plenty of selection
