We love everything at this property. For us it is worth to pay for . It is not the hotel but they serve you like a 4stars hotel. If you visit Tirano, just book on Relais Merizzi, you will not regret😊.

Clean, good location, kind staff

Nice location not far from train station, good restaurants nearby, loved pellet stove, comfortable apartment, comfortable bed, good water pressure, clean and cozy.

The appartement was perfect, clean, convenient when taking the Bernina train. Also it is closed to the restaurant in the center. We went there with our 2 young kids and everything went well.

The two women who run this hotel are incredible and essentially saved my trip. After eating pizza down the street, I got severe food poisoning. I was so sick and traveling alone, and I couldn't get up and felt so embarrassed because I threw up in the shower and toilet. These women were incredibly kind; they cleaned up the bathroom, gave me a bucket, put my hair in a tie, and brought me a bunch of water. They checked on me every two hours to make sure I was okay, and the host even told me not to worry about checking out on time. I decided to book two more nights with them because they were so great, and I was actually able to go to the Olympic Games the next day. On my last night, the buses from the games were running late, and I was worried about missing the last train to Milan. The host brought my suitcase down several sets of stairs for me so I could immediately grab it and run to the station. I just can't say enough good things about this place and the women who run it. The room was nice and clean. From the bedroom and bath we could see the mountains completly green. It was gorgeous. We had to leave early in the morning and they offered to take our breakfast to the room the night before whicj was an excellent idea. We also loved th Pizzeria that was few meters away. Tbey had the largest pizza menu ever. They were great. We had a delicious white wine and dessert as well.

The location is very convenient.

The building oozed charm with a stone stair case to the upper floor and shutters on the window. The staff was outstanding, they did everything possible to make us feel at home including a take away breakfast when we left early to catch our train. The friendly neighborhood ambiance of the bar/restaurant also was wonderful for an evening glass of wine

The room was very colorful and plenty space for the two of us. Very close to everything, train/bus, restaurants and laundry. The owner was wonderful, we had an incorrect address and while communicating to one of our hosts trying to find it, the husband showed up by car and drove us 6 km back to the room! Above and beyond being a helpful host! We highly recommend staying at the Alexander rooms!!

Great timely instructions on access. A perfect location for a short stopover

We loved our stay. Our suite was comfortable, clean, cozy, and quiet. Our hosts were very nice and welcoming. They gave us some local apple cider and biscuits which were delicious.
