SingaporeIt was quite clean overall. There were a lot of amenities like a washing machine, microwave and cutlery for a comfortable stay. The duvets and beds were really soft. The host provided clear directions and instructions to collect the keys and enter the apartment. They were also very proactive and took the initiative to highlight that the kettle and sponge were missing so they replaced it on the night itself. Good hospitality from the host.

He also brought us back to the station with our bags when we left.
The House is super new renovated and super clean. You have a nice view from the bedroom back to Okuyama.
Crackers andteabages where on the table to welcome us.
Further lots of information for us to look to. We had a great time here.

The location is convenient, just a short streetcar/bus ride or walk from Okayama Station, with just a few restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby but plenty more options are available around the station. The castle area is also easy to reach by foot or public transport.
The apartment was spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful details. It truly felt like home. The beds were large and comfortable, the best sleep I had on my trip. Bedding, extra blankets, and towels were all high quality.
The amenities were excellent, from the floor heating to the well-functioning bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen was well equipped, with condiments neatly labeled in English, as true for the whole apartment. A complimentary dessert and handwritten welcome note were a lovely touch.
The host is responsive and kind.
Overall, a very convenient, comfortable stay with a warm atmosphere. I would definitely return.

I wish I could have stayed for longer. The facilities were spotless and tidy. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. The room was comfortable and beautiful. The environment in the house was really peaceful and it was really quiet at night. The manager was a very kind man, always there to help. I am thankful that I had the chance to stay here.
Location was also perfect, less than 10 minutes walk from Okayama station.
100% recommend this place. I hope I can come back in the future!

Perfect Location, connected to train station. Impeccable service, staff were all genuine warm smiles and bent over backwards to help their customers. The front office staff helped me with every booking (haircut, nail appointment, restaurant bookings, train tickets, you name it!) They were absolutely lovely to deal with and the meals we had at the hotel were delicious, especially the lounge treats were very good. Okayama was my favorite place to relax as it's not overcrowded like many other big Japanese cities.

Good location right on the main tram line that’s 5 mins ride from the main train station. Close walk to the Castle and the public garden. The garden was spectacular by the way. Efficient, clean and inexpensive hotel. Also easy access by local train to the Naoshima art island.
