Right in the middle of a busy town, but yet calm and quiet property with a nice aerial view of the rajagiriya town.

Excellent experience overall. The property was very well cleaned, and we had a comfortable two-night stay. Just one small suggestion: it would be even better if housekeeping service could be provided on the second day, including fresh towels and bath mats, especially for guests staying more than one night. The caretaker deserves special appreciation—very kind, attentive, and welcoming, always with a warm smile and a positive attitude. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return, as we travel to Colombo frequently.

everything was exceptionally nice about Shalom Villa! first and foremost, it is a very clean facility! the room, linen, kitchen and the bathroom are super clean and neat. You feel a sense of home from the moment you enter the place. The owner and the staff is very friendly and concerned about the comfort and safety of the guest. this is a very safe place for females who would come stay alone for work or any other purpose. the neighborhood is safe and quiet. the location is convenient. And there is a good sense of privacy. I would recommend the place for anyone and would chose Shalom villa if I visit for work to Rajajgiriya again! :)

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our five-day, four-night stay. My whole family was so satisfied with everything, and we genuinely felt at home from the moment we arrived. The owner is truly an amazing human being — he constantly checked on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and genuinely cared for our comfort. As three females traveling together, we felt completely safe throughout our stay. We also happened to accidentally break a small piece of glassware, and he didn’t charge us or make us feel bad about it at all. He simply said it was okay, which we appreciated so much. The property itself was extremely well maintained. Everything worked perfectly — hot water showers, AC rooms, and all the kitchen appliances were in great condition. The entire house and all the rooms were spotless, giving us absolutely nothing to worry about. Overall, we had an amazing stay and are already looking forward to coming back again. Truly a wonderful place with a wonderful host.

The moment I stepped in to the vila, I felt a sense of calm wash over me. the overall ambiance is so relaxing. I loved the modern interiors mixed with the traditional charm. The location is perfect, not too far from the city center but far enough to escape the noise. I can't wait to come back! My stay at the villa was an absolute dream.

Comfortable, peaceful, and clean

We booked this place despite initially being skeptical due to the lack of reviews. However, the very reasonable rate convinced me to go ahead with the reservation. I reached out to Roshan, the owner, to inquire about the possibility of an early check-in, and without hesitation, he assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. I was able to check in at 6 AM, which was a great convenience. Roshan was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and the apartment itself was lovely. We had a fantastic time, and it was very easy to communicate with Roshan, who was friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. I highly recommend staying here.
