The interior of the hotel is highly distinctive. The rooms provide a beautiful view of Bay of Kotor, and cleanliness is added value. Towels and bedsheets smells so good, wonderful aromas👌 The service is outstanding; they assisted us with beach and restaurants reservations. So responsive and cordial in communication. The manager, Luka, was very polite and expedite. He helped us to make all the reservations. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area is very uniquely designed. Wonderful experience 👏

Nice location, there is a parking lot, and the hosts are always kind. The restaurant from the camping place in front of the apartment is a good value for the price.

Property was very clean, the host (George) was extremely kind and helpful, we asked for extra towels and laundry which he provided, property AC worked well, clean kitchenware, he gave us multiple suggestions around Montenegro. George is a wonderful host and goes out of his way to help! Plus the views from the apartment onto the Bay of Kotor were beautiful.

It was such an amaizing view, i think not a lot of appartments have that view in that area.The owner was so kind and welcome and they treated us great in whatever we needed.They keep it so clean too.It is just like in pictures if not even better live.

Superb. Maximum comfort with class, impeccably clean, and my special commendation goes to the lovely and friendly hosts who go out of their way to be at hand. Palazzo Uniqato is a Mediterranean-style house at the seafront, carefully and tastefully adapted to meet all your needs, and at the same time to preserve the heritage and historical significance of the place. Excellent restaurants are within walking distance, the sea is clean and warm, Tivat airport and Tivat town are a short drive away. Historical towns of Kotor, Perast, and Risan (with several must-see sites) are easily reachable. I highly recommend it, and I will definitely go back.

Absolutely loved our stay, everything was as described. Our host Petr was very helpful especially since we had some car trouble and were late in checking in and out.

Wow, we cannot recommend this place enough! The location is amazing - right on the water, close to shops, restaurants etc. and some very nice and varied walking trails. The host is extremely welcoming and is there to suggest more activities and ideas. There is an almost private access to the water and as a bonus two kayaks that you can use to explore on your own. We loved it!
