Clean and the staff was friendly

Staff was very personable & helped me navigate some questions about my room. The room had very nice furniture & bed linens. It was much nicer than the online photos. Also, the hotel appears to be new & everything was fresh & clean. There were more amenities in the room than was listed online: hair dryer, iron & ironing board, Keurig-style coffee maker with a variety of pods. I had a patty melt & fries in The Bracket pub. The burger had a nice charbroiled flavor & the bread exterior & fries were nice & crispy. The lobby had several large white cabinets with snacks, including ice cream. There was also a "Farmer" vending machine with things like "salad in a jar." I did not get the breakfast plan because I had plans elsewhere. They have a "medical" price plan since there are so many people that drive or fly in for treatment at one of the many medical centers.

We enjoyed burgers and beer in the adjacent food hall, it was cold and windy and nice to be able to stay in and have a meal.

The room was wonderful. Very Easy access to the MetroLink, which is next door with an elevator and access to the airport! Right now there is only 2 lines and they go to mostly the same places. The apartment is next to the Arch! It was right downtown and I felt safe. Downtown was a little more abandoned but I was able to find a few good coffee shops, restaurants and a grocery store/pharmacy. I was there for about 10 days and I did just fine. Museums are great and also accessible via MetroLink. I was very comfortable. I was able to easily receive some amazon packages during my time there.

Everything! The Location was just outside of downtown in a quiet area but close enough to walk to everything. Public transport right next door. The apartment was perfect, spotless, modern all the amenities needed were providedz

Very convenient to everything I'm in town for work so this has been very good commute to and from work close to alot of restaurants and the park at the Arch and I have stayed here 3 times and will definitely book again

Great location. Communication from management was excellent! Loved our apt. 2nd year in a row we loved everything.

The hosts are just exceptional. Everything is just as the photos show. The location was fantastic for us. Right next to Gateway Park and Metro. The people at Cobblestone Market where you pick up your fob were the nicest people. Very helpful with checking us in and answering all our questions. Can't recommend this place enough.

It was close to everything. The staff was very helpful from the desk service to food service to housekeeping- everyone was kind, polite and helped me when I requested anything.

The gentleman was kind enough to get the snow off my car for me and have the sidewalks scraped 😀

The suite & the hosts were excellent.
