Very happy to choose this hotel because I liked the room - it was super clean, new and fresh, large window, very comfortable mattress, special home like design of the room, everything was functioning well.
I need to tell separately about food, we had dinner and breakfast- huge variety of different food for different taste and diet. I am on keto (no sugar, low carbs) & vegetarian- imagine, they got all of the necessary food for those cruel diets, I was able to eat full fledged meal. Also, they have huge variety of non-gluten and lactose free food and drinks. All
the food was highest quality and served in a well designed and beautiful hall -restaurant. That was really enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere.
From the other options we weren’t able to use and taste were sauna and fika (local coffee), it was very pleasant that hotel included those as free of charge in our stay. So happy to taste those during my next stay with this hotel.
Someone wrote that the hotel is distant from Center. I would say that it is nearer than was my expectations. You will need to use public transport, but it takes maximum 30 min to reach to the hotel from the center, and it is not so complicated as you can select from many bus options. And it is not expensive as the single ticket you buy is valid for 75 min, so you don’t have to buy any additional tickets.
Besides, before going to Citi center you might also check museum island, we visited ABBA museum, which was not far from the hotel (1 bus stop and 1 stop with boat transport- both were taken with 1 ticket).

Location is simply excellent: just off the main road, very quiet, especially if you have one of the rooms facing courtyard, but street side probably ok too (little traffic). Close to city center and walking distance from metro. Many restaurants and gyms nearby.
Very clean and new. Iron and board, hair dryer provided.

Very clean room, with reasonably good facilities. Location right beside plenty of public transport. Short trip to city centre. Plenty of amenties for groceries etc.

Although the room was tiny and without a window, we had a great stay at this hotel. The bathroom was very clean and the staff cleaned the whole room every day. They offer a great breakfast that was included in the price and the location as well is very central.

The location was great, easy walk to the town centre. Checking in and out was easy and quick. Booking the breakfast was great value and a good breakfast. The rooms were very clean and quiet.

Very nice hotel, great location - quite, calm, with bus stop 5 minutes from hotel. You can be at Slussen (main station) within 10 minutes. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the food was great - you can also enjoy fika in the afternoon. There is a shopping center across the hotel.

Breakfast was really nice than expected. And the location also really well and it was around 10 minutes from Slussen bus station. The hotel was very clean and the staff also flexible and they was trying to fulfil our requirements as we requested. Hotel check-in time was 3 p.m. As we arrived to Stockholm at 7 a.m., they provided luggage dropping facility in the hotel as we requested till we check-in. We spent 1 night in the hotel and that stay and the hotel was really great !

We had a wonderful stay at Queen's Hotel. Fantastic location, right in the centre. Close to the central station, cafes, restaurants, main sights and shopping. Very yummy breakfast with a great variety. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful with lovely tips. Nice to have a lift and stairs option. Comfortable, very clean and spacious rooms with great beds! Highly recommend 😊
