The location was perfect, not to far away from things so could easily walk or drive to where you need to go. The aesthetic of the property was gorgeous, honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay.

We had such a lovely stay in this little woodland hut—it was exactly what we needed to unwind. The hot tub was a real highlight; soaking in it surrounded by trees was incredibly relaxing. Our dog was in heaven exploring the woods, and our child absolutely adored the cosy cabin—it quickly became their little adventure space. The little touches on arrival really made a difference too—a bottle of Prosecco and fresh milk waiting for us was such a thoughtful welcome and set the tone for the whole stay. We especially loved the peace and quiet, sitting by the fire pit in the evenings, and then retreating into the warm, snug cabin.

Warren Retreat is located in Dawlish, just a 13-minute walk from Red Rock Beach and 10 miles from Newton Abbot Racecourse.

The caravan was homely and comfortable. The site lovely and a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Perfect location for exploring the area Teignmouth and Exmouth worth a visit.
