I have been an owner at Devon Cliffs for 24 years and had many family holidays there. Due to working up north now I do not visit the site as much so I decided I would rent out the dates I am not there so others might enjoy a relaxing break from it all.

Property info

This is a 3 bedroom caravan sited at Haven Devon Cliffs. It comes with full sea view and private parking. The caravan has heating as well as double glazing. There is a double room, two twin rooms and a sofa bed in the living room should you need one. Seperate Shower and Toilet The caravan is 7 years old but still in good condtion. The living room and kitchen area was renovated this year. There is 32" Smart television, PS3, Iron, Full Size Gas Cooker, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle to use during your stay.

Neighborhood info

There is access to Sandy Bay beach and the Beachcomber restaurant. You can use the complex and swimming pools if you purchase additional passes from reception. There is a supermarket, costa coffee, laundrette, Papa Johns, Burger King and Fish and Chip shop all on site.
