Owners were very friendly and made you feel extremely welcome. The POD was spotless and soft furnishings are fab. Lovely touch with the shortbread, robes and slippers etc. Hot tub very clean and was warm and ready for us on our arrival. Great stay. Cannot wait to go again.

This was a very good detour from the coast to Coast trail. It was like a tiny house. Richard was very welcoming and had a lot of information about the surrounding trails and shortcut back to the coast to coast. An fyi, if you're a coast to coaster, you can order pizza delivery from nearby stokesley and the owners will keep the gate open for the delivery Guy. They also had an honesty box with a couple of snacks.
