The location was beautiful and the accommodation and interior was fine to a high spec .

The attention to detail and the theme of the lodge was fantastic and eye catching. The location is excellent as there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Parking is right outside and you are welcomed by a beautiful private garden. It’s very quiet and extremely clean. Very welcoming and friendly hosts - we will definitely be back x

Walking distance from Fontwell Racecourse. Very private. Owners were really helpful with a special request. Would use again!

Accommodation was set in beatiful garden and quite to and clean to felt like home from home had everything you needed and owner angie is so lovely goes extra mile help didn't like disturb as tv wouldn't come on straight away she sorted it out communication was excellent loved stay bed is comfortable cosy place would return again stay highly recommend angie is so kind lovely and Lucy cat is so lovely garden is beatiful and kepted lovely shower was good and set up was done so good parking is good the village is lovely set away from main seaside area and easy access get other areas angie recommended places took time help my stay be special one due circumstances I was in she went extra Mile

Private, clean, perfectly appointed, no details left out. The space is great for two people. Having the kitchen was great, especially since the hosts stocked it with essentials. Plus having access to the beautiful flower garden is a great bonus. It is in a quaint little village with a very nice restaurant The George nearby. A visit to nearby Arundel (5 minute drive) to see the castle and visit the shops is a must.

The location is great, the Lodge is set on a farm and close to the local pub and Arundel. The pub did a great breakfast at a good price and the service was great. We loved waking up to the Alpacas in the morning. The hot tub was set up before we arrived, so was ready to go. We really enjoyed our stay and the cabin was fully equipped in the kitchen and bathroom- it even had an air fryer. The hosts always replied quick and were super helpful. We will definitely return and would recommend to others.

Very clean and spacious and modern. Great parking out front as well. Down stairs bunk beds are very handy. Very close to a shell garage with a little waitrose. Drove down to Bognor Regis for the sunset in about 10 minutes. Lovely quiet roads at that time. Just very kindly included a travel cot.

Beautifully maintained cottage and grounds. Highly recommend for exploring Sussex area. Everything provided except toiletries.
