Warm & welcoming friendly B&B located less than 10mins from airport. We parked just outside on the street but the host offer courtyard parking inside through a narrow gate. Easy access to spacious Studio apartments ground level. Clean tidy comfortable and typical Italian room breakfast. The location gave us plenty of time to stop at nearby petrol station, drop of carhire and checkin to our early morning flight. Highly recommended to those who are travelling to FCO.

Located in a beautiful area it gives you the small town feel. Nice landscaping greets you on your way to the large living space. I have stayed in many apartments/houses in Europe and this one was by far the most spacious.

The hospitality was top! Helen was very welcoming. The room we stayed in was perfect. Breakfast was home made and delicious. Great location with ample parking not far from the airport. And the communications were very easy and efficient.

The apartment was very clean, well designed and equipped with everything we needed. We were lovely and warm despite the bitter cold outside. Alex, our host, was extremely responsive to all our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely stay. Supermarkets were within short walking distance and it was an easy train ride (station 10 mins walk) to get to the centre of Rome. There was an elevator to take our suitcases upstairs. We would highly recommend!
