Very cozy boutique hotel for just five rooms with a very special service. Owners of the hotel are always there making sure the guests are comfortable, everyone is very helpful, friendly and nice. Much nicer and warmer experience than what you might get at bigger hotels. Amazing spa zone. Ski in and ski out. 5-10 minutes drive to ski lifts and rental locations, where the hotel stuff can take you by a van, also pick up.

The staff was above and beyond. We have stayed at many Four Seasons hotels / luxury hotels and this staff was “authentic” not “in your face” but noticed when you needed their services. We will most definitely return multiple times. It truly was worth our “time”. Luica the manager of the main restaurant…..they are blessed to have her, she is truly caring about “you”!

An incredible play to stay. Absolutely gorgeous pine wood rooms, so stylish and comfortable, great view, delicious scent. The spa area is superb, great sauna and modern jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was delicious, with special foods from the local area, like wild blackberries, smoked salami, hard sheep's cheese. And Sabine had fantastic hiking recommendations to suit the both of us. What an experience!

Clean and tidy appartment in the heart of Urtisie just walking distance from the city center, nice view from the balcony. i liked most that each room is a master room , fully equiped kitchen , the host and all the team were welcoming and supportive

Signora Linda was the heart and soul of this place. Her warmth and care made us feel less like hotel guests and more like grandchildren visiting their beloved grandmother for a week. The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, spotless, and aesthetically charming. Our room was cleaned every day, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The location was also very convenient, with a supermarket and a bus stop just next to the hotel, which made everything even easier during our stay. And the view from our room… simply breathtaking. Waking up to the Dolomites every day felt like a dream

The apartment has its own access via elevator, and staircase. It is spacious and well equipped. The host was gracious and very attentive. We enjoyed our time in Val Gardena staying here. Highly recommended. Despar supermarket is few minutes away, and you get a bus card for your stay that covers your transportation around the areas nearby.

Very friendly lady host, indoor elevator(lift) & garage, 5 min to supermarket, very clean bathroom, kitchen and the bed... everything except heater. You will love this place.

Stylish, contemporary apartment with plenty of space, a large balcony, and an underground garage. Stunning view is cherry on top. The hostess was very kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay.

A great location especially if you like to spend quite time. The peace, the view and the nature around are just amazing.

We arrived at the recommended check-in time and met the owner's mother. She welcomed us warmly, and gave us a tour of the property, the wifi password, and two restaurant recommendations for dinner.
