I liked how the host was accessible. I had a problem with the check-in system, and the host was able to find an alternative to do the process for me. The host also prepared videos that explain parking as well as entry instructions. Any time I had an inquiry, she responded very quickly. I truly appreciate that. The room was cozy and modern, with lots of closet space and basic utensils and amenities. It was also close to the trails I wanted to explore.

We liked the worm and cozy feeling of the chalets. Surprised by their beds and the quality of the bedding, including the sofa beds. The parking lot was also ample and quite close to the chalets, 1 or 2 minutes walk. The location is close to Temù which has the facilities to start the skiing day from there to the Tonale pass (although it lacks blue slopes for beginners). Tue staff was friendly and helpful, and they offered all the help we could possibly need (facilities included).
