Everything was wonderful, especially the breakfast

The owner of the chalet was incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome!

The host was very kind and came out to meet us. They have great taste and so the whole unit was charming and the fact that it had a powder room (1/2 wc) downstairs saved us. Good thinking. Nicely divided space and beautiful scenic location on the top of a hill. There was heat and when there was a minor issue the host was understanding and communicative. Communication is the most vital to me personally speaking. Beautiful little wading pool (we did not use it due to the weather).

We were all quite disappointed by the stayed. This is not a hotel! It is a B&B or should be advertised as an airb&b. The breakfast was not worth 25 USD! We had to cook our own eggs, and it was not even served to us! The weather was horrible and we had to kept our selves caved in our premises. We saw Anna, the person who received us only once. We regreat terribly staying at this “ hotel”. The only reason we booked it was because was recommended by Conde Nast as one of Small Luxury hotels, but it is obviously not a hotel. It is a bed and breakfast.

Fabulous house, felt like royalty staying here. You can see the Moorish Castle from the deck. Breakfast was tasty and very convenient.

Amazing stay, it feels like you arrived to a very friendly family's huge and beautifully renovated house. Loved the breakfast too.

Very nice accommodations. Staff was kind and helpful. Met some great people also staying here . Breakfast was a nice bonus. Beautiful view from the deck. You have the ability to stay secluded in your room but also share the rest of the home and socialize with others

The hotel was in a great area and Jorge was a great host. The place was clean, quiet and walking distance to the Centro area. I enjoyed my stay in Sintra for 2 nights and saw all of the main attractions.

Clean, comfortable beds, great bathrooms and the shower was wonderful!! They even left us a lovely bottle of wine. There were lots of windows for light and fresh air, as well as heaters for use if needed.

Luxurious room in a charming house in the São Pedro neighborhood of Sintra, perfect for avoiding the traffic and crowds. The room was beautiful, and our host, João, was very courteous. There is parking right outside the house, and the entrance opens onto a lovely patio. The area is full of history and conveniently close to the Moorish Castle and Pena Palace, with restaurants and even a Sunday market nearby.

The property had a great location and was very spacious. The host left a lot of consumables (sugar, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc) which made our stay much easier by not needing to go out and get these things. The apartment was very well presented and we felt right at home from the minute we walked in. Check in was easy and communication was efficient.

Everything was clean and the neighborhood was quiet.

There was clear attention to detail in all aspects of our visit. The owner provided pastries and bread from a local bakery, which we enjoyed for our breakfast and the property had little accents which offered a real homely feel. We spent some time in the hammocks outside and also made a fire on one of the nights with all of the equipment provided. We were also given blankets on arrival and were made to feel very welcome. The dogs were an added bonus! We would not hesitate to return or recommend to others.

The location and views are amazing! The room and outdoor area feel very private. The host is extremely kind and went above and beyond during the portugal power outage and saved our trip. You will regret not staying here!
