We passed through on a biking trip from Madrid to Valencia. We were greeted upon arrival by Cristian, who was very accommodating helping us store the bikes safely. We had a nice late lunch (the dorada was very tasty!), enjoyed the Madrid-Barcelona fútbol match in the bar, and it was pleasantly quiet to sleep.

This old palace is an unusual and very interesting accommodation.! It is very old and looks like it retains most of its original appearance, but each room has been carefully renovated so that all the modern needs such as water, a nice shower/bath, electricity and heat are there for you. Antonio, our host was very helpful during our check in and even started up a fire in the common room fireplace to warm up the room. We dined there together a little later and it was a lovely place to eat and talk over the adventures of the day . All of us agreed that staying at the Casa Palatio Conde de Garcinarro was a most wonderful experience.

Great breakfast and friendly proprietor. The wifi was good. Senora speaks English, but she was happy to help us practice our Spanish.
