This space has a stunning location and oozes comfort and care from the wonderful host Betty. Everything you need is provided and a beautiful large kitchen to cook your own meals. The gorgeous fireplace in the living area was a wonderful end to my day. Betty took the time to make me feel so welcome, and I thoroughly recommend Kilcommon Lodge.

"The Den" Belmullet is located in Belmullet, just 28 miles from Ballycroy National Park and 15 miles from Doonamona Castle. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.

Brían was so easy to communicate with in advance of my arrival, sent me tips for getting there, and was waiting with a hearty hello. I could not have felt more welcome. He was so kind and responsive throughout my 3-week stay, including setting up a desk by the front window when he learned I needed to work while there, and making sure I had a clear view to the beautiful inlet and field with new lambies across the road! The Den was perfect for me as a solo traveler, with a well-equipped kitchen, great bathroom with large shower, very comfy bed, lots of books including local history and lore, and many sweet touches. I loved being able to walk out the door for walks along the inlet and bog roads, and being only a short drive from stunning coastal walks and Neolithic and Early Christian sites. And Brían and Orla could not have been lovelier; getting to know them a bit was a gift. I can't recommend The Den highly enough!!

Absolutely loved our stay at the Kemar House. Very comfortable beds and loved the lounge area after a fun day of golf next door at Carne Golf Links.

Everything! Very charm, private, at the same time you have the bar, some days they have live music. The breakfast was really good. Very clean, comfy beds, clean showers. Love it!

Perfect location with stunning views, Super Good food and atmosphere! Having onsite dining was very convenient and a great value for quality of food. They had Great Live music and the staff was amazing! Would stay again!
