They helped us print our boarding passes and gave us tips about what to do and what to visit. - The rooms are very clean and every day they clean the room. - The hotel has a good location, 25 minutes walking from Sarande. Also it is in a quiet neighborhood. - Breakfast was amazing. A lot of variety. - Hotel has its own private parking

Staff was excellent, always ready to help. Location was perfect since you could move easily toward saranda or ksamil. Pharmacy on the ground floor, market caffes and gas stations nearby.

I was in Sarande for a four-day vacation, where I stayed three nights at the Vila Duraku. Perfect location near the pedestrian street, bars and markets, in a very convenient location, spacious and tidy room, comfortable bed.

A clean and central hotel. Staff were very friendly and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay with a baby, including providing us with a car seat and offering to sterilise bottles. Clean and well maintained and the breakfast each morning was excellent (nothing like earlier reviews I had seen).

Our stay at Hotel Vila Kapllani in Saranda was great experience. The hotel is in a quiet area but just a few minutes from the beach and the center, which made everything easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The host was really welcoming and helpful. It felt relaxed and personal—just what I was looking for. I’d definitely stay there again.
