Just a nice, serene setting in the Austrian Alps.

The owner and her staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Rooms were standard but clean and comfortable. Great breakfast with an emphasis on bio products. Wine and beer are available for purchase. Parking by the house. The Ski bus stop is across the street. Many cafés and restaurants are within walking distance.

A charming Landhaus! The place is comfy and has all you need, the hospitality truly outstanding, and I only wish I had more time to enjoy this wonderful place.

A nice family run facility. Anita and Johnathan were wonderful! Our room was spacious comfortable and had a nice view. The breakfast was great. Easy access to buses to both Zauchensee and Flachau. Parking was great, right in front of the hotel.

Brand new renovations and the staff is on top of everything. From the gym to the spa they put a lot of love into the details and had everything on hands for kids.

It was amazing, all my friends are so happy me, I’m beyond words to say… we will definitely be back soon!!!

We had a very pleasant stay! The hosts were friendly, helpful, and polite, which made us feel very welcome. One big plus was the free parking available in the yard – very convenient. During our visit, the weather was mostly rainy, so we spent quite a bit of time indoors. Luckily, the on-site spa was a great way to relax and enjoy our time even when we couldn’t go out. It was definitely a highlight of the stay! Would happily recommend this place, especially if you're looking for a relaxing and friendly atmosphere.

The spa was excellent and opened at 8am which was a bonus. Staff were great and room was large with many windows and views.

Since this was our first accommodation in Austria in a ski resort area, we didn’t really know what to expect. The room was spacious, but it lacked at least a kettle for coffee or tea. There was also no mini fridge in the room. Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try the wellness area. Breakfast: There was a relatively wide selection for breakfast. Even though the same items were repeated every day, there was still enough choice and the food was tasty.
