Amazing view on the lake and mountains, super location 3 mins walk from tram stop and 10 mins walk to downtown, cable car exactly infront of the hotel ,very decent and elegant breakfast, spacious room and above all ,the owners of the hotel Stephie and Michael are super friendly ,helpful and the rest of the staff are very nice .I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy gmunden and explore areas around like hallstatt, bad ischl, salzburg...

Staff was amazing! We booked last minute and the lady was patient and extremely helpful after there was a glitch in the reservations.

The room with a lake view is a gem, and it’s clean. Breakfast is sufficient, and coffee tastes great. Miss Amélie is very hospitable.

We liked tremendously the view on the lake from our bedroom and to be able to walk along the lake. The staff was friendly and the room very inviting with its balcony.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The dinner and breakfast were delicious. We had a great view of the mountains and lake on the top floor and we used the elevator since we had many bags. There was free parking. The shower was wonderful and the bed very comfortable and super clean! The room was quiet. My only regret is that I didn’t stay longer.
