Clean, comfortable, charming, friendly staff

Everything about this stay was warm and inviting. We immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. The facility is wonderful—quaint, charming, clean, and a great location nestled in the Alps, near Salzburg and Berchesgaden. There is a good restaurant on site, and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and helped us with our sightseeing plans.

Awesome location, beautiful view from the room, well equipped, comfortable bed. Near to the river, pretty cool for a walk. This place is very nice, huge mountain in front. Friendly host, rockstar breakfast, and you can also jump in for a beer at the evening... Overall: Awesome experience. Best price/value ration in and around Salzburg...

The rooms were clean and spacious. The balcony view was amazing. The beds were comfortable and soft. Toilets were clean and well maintained. The restaurant food was of TOP quality. Most interseting part for the families with kids is the FUNARENA. There is no extra cost for the Play area. All the other facilities were amazong eventhough we havnt used many. But definitely wil recomend staying in this place again.

Very comfortable, spacious, modern accommodations with breakfast included and dinner options available. The hosts (David & Martina) were very friendly and helpful. Location was central for our travel purposes, and set far enough off the road to make it a very quiet location.

Everything was as good as what you would expect from a Bavarian quality hotel. Traditional German, meaning excellent, breakfast with lots of fruits. This is important in a hiking trip. 8-year old especially liked the indoor pool.

Great location near the salt mines and a short train ride away from Salzburg: the hotel provides you with the train tickets and the train station us just across the street. The hotel is entirely renovated, clean, very kind staff and a restaurant and bar with a great atmosphere. Breakfast was also very good with everything necessary. The room was spacious, comfortable, and with a very nice view. The spa is small but has all you need and is opened upon request. It was also a great experience. We hope to return soon!

The most incredible view from the patio!!!!! Staff was very attentive and friendly. Breakfast on the patio each morning was lovely and the dinners were very good as well. All in all a very pleasant stay and good value. Would certainly chose them again.

The Reiter family are wonderful hosts! They made us feel completely at home. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and the setting in Hallein is peaceful. And I’ve never seen such an impressive breakfast spread!

Absolutely gorgeous and warm. Great staff, so helpful, authentically friendly. Beautiful, cozy room with nice view. A large bathroom, just perfect. Quiet. Great bed. We dined and had exceptional food, thoughtfully prepared and presented. Breakfast was a hit. I did not like the first cup of coffee, as I had to use the machine (cannot stand them) but I asked and the kitchen prepared a pot of fresh brewed filter coffee.

It was close to the center of the village with just a short walk to get there. Really close to the train station and had a park close by too.

A beautiful, welcoming place to stay, only 4 minutes drive from the Hellbrunn castle. I loved the little common area with comfortable sofas, the rich breakfast and the view. The staff was extremely nice.
