Charming little hotel in the heart of Wachau. Loved the breakfast on the balcony. Walking distance to beautiful trail walks. Highly recommended!

Excellent breakfast with fresh olives, vegetables and cakes I love. Bike rental brings extra convenience. Host 's recommended restaurant was very good, too. Everything made me feel like at home. They really know how to cook the most fancy eggs I have ever seen. Quite incredible!

Superbly located in a picturesque village, this property offers an ideal base for exploring the Wachau Valley. Housed in a distinctive historical building with its architectural charm thoughtfully preserved, it features well-appointed amenities throughout. The presence of an exterior elevator was an unexpected and welcome convenience. The surrounding park is both impressive and immaculately maintained. On-site parking is available through a grand and stately entrance. The hosts were gracious and highly accommodating.

We were glad to learn that it is also a small winery with great products, and enjoyed both the breakfast and a glass of wine in the evening.

The room was clean and comfortable with patio facing a vineyard which was very picturesque.

Very friendly hosts and nice accommodations. They even helped us with electric bicycle rental and tips on restaurants and wineries.

The location is excellent. Situated in a quaint and central village and right across from the bus stop and a beach along the river where one can swim. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was out of this world. The family who owns and manages this hotel go out of their way to serve their guests. We did not have a car while there and didn’t need one. Between the buses and the seasonal train, we were covered and able to go where we needed to go. The highlight was renting bikes and cycling through the villages and sampling wines along the way.

Marvelous breakfast and lovely historic property.

The hotel is located on the Danube shore, with a spectacular view over surrounding hills and Danube from upper rooms, close to city, yet in a very quiet location. The room is spacios and very clean, the restaurant is offering quality food , breakfast is very good. Parking place at the hotel ground level is a plus. And the night sky view is magnificent (due to outside town hotel location)
