It is a great place to stay.
It is a great place to stay. Very pretty, great places to eat. Lovely walks, and fabulous activities to access. No need for a car due to excellent and cheap bus service, plus so many shuttle services.
We did the jetski tour, the Segway tour and the Whitehaven snorkel and beach tour. The tour operators are great fun and the tours are very well run. I would highly recommend any of them.
The Lagoon (basically the local pool at the beach) is so lovely and free!

I consider Airlie Beach to be one of Queensland's premiere holiday locations. I have stayed there a few times and have recommended Airlie Beach as a holiday location to family members and friends.

Airlie Beach itself is a very interesting town with a weird...
Airlie Beach itself is a very interesting town with a weird mix of locals, visitors and backpackers. Very busy in town on an evening but also some quieter spots further out if that's not your vibe. Great location to go out and about with s o me wonderful things to see such as Whitehaven Beach was spectacular.

So many funky venues and nightlife. My favourite cafe was “Frequent Seas (across red from Airlie beach Hotel bottle shop). Fabulous place to hang out and regenerate. I had the chicken pesto and a chia pudding…..was yummo!

The foreshore area is great, and there's a fabulous park for children who like to climb. We got great fish and chips at a little shop on the esplanade. Airlie Beach is a great place for a relaxing holiday, and our trip to Whitehaven Beach and snorkelling on the reef with ZigZag Whitsundays was excellent.

Other restaurants we dined not up to the same standard as Mika.
Weather was great.
Staff friendly on tours that we went on.

Fab location in close proximity to the centre of Airlie Beach. Views from the hotel are breathtaking. We loved relaxing by the pool and taking in the view. The staff were fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. They arranged a shuttle bus to the airport for us, and also got our room ready a little early as we checked in super early due to arriving on an overnight bus. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Really large room with two beds and a small balcony. Bathroom was okay. Kitchenette facilities were excellent and lots of counter space to make it easy to prepare food. Lots of storage space as well for belongings. Next door to the hotel, a short drive to Cannonvale shops, Cannonvale Beach and Airlie Beach.
