This is a beautiful cottage, the hosts have put a lot of thought into furnishing it. Its felt almost like home. They have provided very generously with everything from snacks, range of of tea/coffee/hot chocolate/bathroom amenities, personal care items, fridge filled with spreads, baked pastries, general groceries, eggs, bread. Furniture in lounge and bed was very comfortable.

Huge spacious modern apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Attention to detail to ensure your stay is comfortable. Our host was so helpful in sharing information to help us arrange a Taxi to pick us up for our winery lunch. Perfect place to relax as you soak up this beautiful region.

Property was nice and modern and presented well. Spa was great and deck area was nice to sit and relax in the afternoons out of the sun. Botte of Champagne was a nice arrival gift with the Fruchocs.

We wanted a cosy winter weekend and that's exactly what we got. Wonderful walks along the beaches and nature trails in the local reserves with lots of wildlife including huge Kangaroos lots of birds and mushrooms all over the place. Plenty of close-by shops to eat or get coffee at too.

This beach house is an absolute gem.

This beach house is an absolute gem. It has such a peaceful, calming vibe that instantly puts you at ease. it is also in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and Pearl cafe for morning coffees. Everything was thoughtfully provided and the decor was gorgeous. we also loved being able to bring our beloved dog Roxy. The yard was fully secured which enabled us to go out and visit The Willunga markets on Saturday and some local wineries at Mclaren Vale knowing that our dog was safe and happy. A truly special stay and we will be back again.

Early September's probably not the best time to experience the beach at its best, plus we had some inclement weather. But it was great just to look at and an excellent base for day trips to McLaren Vale, Glenelg and Hahndorf.

It is a shame that you can't swim at the beach due to the water quality, which will remain the same for at least 2 years. It has some charming villages nearby. Close to McLaren Vale which is great.

The beach is huge and just extends on to other beaches.

The beach is huge and just extends on to other beaches. Its not crowded; not while we were there. I believe it does get more crowded during holiday periods. We visited in April which is off peak. There is are 2 great café one at Aldinga and one at Port Willunga. The caves at Port Willunga are interesting and useful to change in. Also shelter from the hot sun.

Super relaxed place.

Super relaxed place. Aldinga is very central to other points of interests like all the wineries and other beaches along the coast. Only 5-20min drive away. The beach vibe is so relaxing. Ideal to switch off and immerse ourselves in the beauty of the region. Beach is massive in width and length. It stretches out as far as the eye can see. Very representative of the vastness of Australia. You can drive on the beach there which is quite iconic 🌊 🚙 🏖It’s very regulated and only allows 10km/hr so it is safe for everyone/kids etc... Very beautiful. Very clear water. We are from North Qld so the change of scenery was drastic. It is good and refreshing to get a new perspective on things. We highly recommend Aldinga beach and we would go there again 😁👍
