Fantastic food, excellent value meals. A generous continental breakfast included. Friendly staff, very clean and spacious rooms with generous, spotless bathroom. Right in the centre of Bridgetown, facing out onto a wide verandah, but quiet once the door was closed at night.

Basically, we were accomodated in a mining Donga. We were not informed tjis to be the case. The accomodation while clean enough but very very basic. The price was cheap enough, but it was a bit of a shock.

I was in Bridgetown for an overnight stay and the events I attended were at the library which is a great venue, Bridgetown is a lovely town and most things are within walking distance, The Bridgtown hotel is quite central. Tip - in winter make sure you have your winter woollies with you as it can get quite chilly.

Bridgetown is such a beautiful town.

Bridgetown is such a beautiful town. The whole area is stunning and we enjoyed walking along the river, some shopping, some great coffee and lovely meals. A beautiful place to visit. There are lots of interesting drives and walks that you can do in the region. We enjoyed the wine tastings, the vintage shops, the stunning gardens and the relaxed country vibe of the place.

Bridgetown is a gem.

Bridgetown is a gem. Close to other towns that you could visit on a day trip. Nannup and Balingup are lovely to visit. You must visit the jigsaw museum on the Main Street in the town, even if you aren't into jigsaws. Great place for the young and old. Also visit "Wag Walters Emporium" near the Ford House, within walking distance of the Bridgetown Hotel.

Bridgetown is a perfectly located town to explore the South West region, it is very central with short travel distances to all the best places to explore. There is a great early opening cafe called The Mulberry Tree that is open very early with great breakfast if you are hitting the sights early. The Blackwood River runs through town with excellent locations to visit close by.

Hilltop Cottage is a beautiful house full of cottage charm and had all the comforts we needed. Comfortable clean beds, amazing hot shower, so many blankets, cozy fireplaces and perfect nooks for getting cozy with a good book and a glass of wine. My girls absolutely loved exploring the garden and were obsessed with a little rabbit that would visit the house every now and then. It’s also very central and close to the main Bridgetown shops. Our stay was perfect and we would love to stay again.

A fab place to stay in Bridgetown. Cathy was the perfect host, with lots of little extras generously provided (homemade cake, chocs, port etc). Close to town (possibly not walking distance). Comfy bed and everything you could possibly need. Fantastic continental breakfast. Spotless accommodation. Excellent dinner recommendation also.

Dinner in this beautiful colonial hotel was tasty and excellent value for money. Such was the local response we were lucky to get a table in fact. Service was good and the variety of food on the menu was extensive. The upstairs location of our room with a long connecting balcony was the stuff of films.
