Quieter than Mooloolaba, noticeably.
Quieter than Mooloolaba, noticeably. A good walk up to the lighthouse worth doing.
Surf club is very good and worth a dining visit.
To be honest think we would opt for Mooloolaba and drive to Buddina for a few hours as part of my trip next time.

Clean and empty beaches.
Clean and empty beaches. Need to be slightly careful in the surf unless you are near flagged areas as beach is open. Council look after the surrounds nearby accommodation and it was spotless, clean well mowed and just perfect. All be benefits of the Coast with none of the crowds of Mooloolaba.

I with my son planned to stay in Buddina for 12 days, but by arrived we realized that we can't sleep there. The sofa is not suitable for sleep of adult at all and the double bad resides under the light shines through the roof without any option ti shade! The room with sofa is too small, that after you open it , you can't you the announsed kitchen neither to sit at the table.
We were not able to find plase for our suitcases, because the wardrobe was full of host's locked storage. We left the property on the same day however the host said that she is willing to return only 50% and in addition will take a cleaning fee.
By checking my credit card fees I recognized that the host charged 100% of the cost before our arrived!
The host manages many propertis via BOOKING
DON'T ORDER FRON THIS HOST and DON'T AGREE for ANY PAIMANT BEFORE YOUR ARRIVED!

The apartment had plenty of room and was very modern.
The apartment had plenty of room and was very modern.
We loved the view and how close it was to restaurants, cafes and the shopping centre. The beach and additional walking tracks were nearly. The owner took care to write in a booklet, all the information you could want to enjoy our stay.

A lovely place, between a shopping centre and the beach. We only stayed for the weekend but enjoyed both the pool and tennis court. The apartment was very spacious with comfy beds and a great ambiance in the building.

Walking distance to Kawana Shopping Centre.
Dan Murphy's also within walking distance.
Great walk along the path to Kawana Surf Club where you'll find a relaxed vibe & great meals.

The house was incredibly well equipped with everything a family might require to cook, relax and live for a few days if not weeks. A lot of thought had been placed w.r.t the kitchen utensils in particular. Comfy beds. Excellent location near major shopping area (Kawana) for groceries. Buddina is central enough with a car to make commute to beaches, Australia Zoo etc easy enough. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

The size of the accommodation, the view from the balcony, the facilities, all excellent.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone staying in Buddina.
Greats hosts, Geraldine was friendly, informative and quick to respond to any queries we had.

Everything was very, very clean, the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. A great place to enjoy the large T.V free Wifi or go shopping next door. Or maybe a short walk to the beach.

This house was immaculate on arrival and was almost more like a 5 star hotel with all the extra little touches. Stunning location and amazing views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
