The property itself was exactly what we wanted, it's large and has great facilities (pool table, ping pong table, swimming pool). The kitchen has all the equipment you need. We had the best weekend thanks to Nassr and his lovely home. Thank you!!

Great City for shopping, travel and great accomodation at...
Great City for shopping, travel and great accomodation at the Colonial Motor Inn.
One thing missing in the town is a lovely park with bbq facilities lots of trees for families who cannot afford restaurant prices for family gatherings, a caravan dump point for passer bys and restaurants by the river for example Nepean River at Penrith, but otherwise a very productive town.

Easy reach after drive from Melbourne and on western end of Sydney. Food outlets just minute walk outside. Parking was in the front and it suited my target just to sleep over after drive before getting to the next appointment nearby in the morning.

After having lived/ worked in campbelltown for approx 30 years I soon realised why I finally had the opportunity to leave this depressing city. Even a short visit on business made me realize why i left.... !!!

Do not stay here it does not matter if it is cheap spend another $30 and go somewhere else. Room smelt like a toilet, the bed was so old it looked like someone was still sleeping in it as it was so saggy. No milk for a cuppa, no glass for a glass of water, no face washer to wash yourself with and the heating and cooling well I didn't want to turn on the air con as I thought it might fall out the window. The bed was so bad we left at 4.30am in the morning as we could not sleep so thought lets get on the road.

The floors and bathroom were particularly clean. Some places clean floors leaving them sticky. This was not the case at the Campbelltown Colonial motor inn. The towels were thick, fluffy and white. The a/c was noisy, but effective.
