Value for money, clean, comfortable & spacious room. The staff member upon check in could not do enough for my disabled mother & I. We gave stayed here 4 times now, mostly for sports nearby. There should be more accommodation like this. Nothing fancy, but great family accommodation with easy access off the M7, making it a great stop over if travelling through Sydney.

I must admit that I arrived with low expectations, as pub hotels are not typically known for the same level of elegance and sophistication as establishments such as the Meriton. However, this hotel was a very pleasant surprise. The room and bathroom were modern, well-appointed, and maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness. I have also dined at the bistro on a previous occasion and can confidently say that the food is excellent for a pub venue and deserving of a 10/10 rating. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and approachable, which further enhanced the overall experience. For those seeking a comfortable and peaceful stay, particularly if they wish to enjoy the hotel's facilities without the concern of driving home afterwards, I would highly recommend this venue.

the main bedroom i was staying was perfect,,,, my bed was very comfortable,,,, ideal place to take the electric bike to explore Blacktown again after 35 yrs ,,, food van out the front has awesome burgers

It’s a pub hotel. You get what you pay for.

It’s a pub hotel. You get what you pay for. I picked the place because it was a pub and close to BISP. Perfect for someone that is just sleeping and travelling. The bistro had good options and their schnitty was great! Beer was cold and service was good.

Only good thing was clean bed

Only good thing was clean bed Room and house very old all these little single rooms being rented out like a pack packers house One community toilet and shower. Community kettle, unbelievable. Scary place Disappointing with Booking. com for even having this place advertised. I wouldn't ever go back there or use Booking. com again.
