The views!!!! We had villa 3. Uninterrupted view of the ocean. Load of living space and a huge outdoor deck space. Really well equipped villa. Wallabies outside. Close to the private beach. Lots of amenities such as the pool.

Perfect! The room was large, clean and had a sea view. Elsa, the receptionist, was very kind and even gave us advice on visiting the surrounding area. I highly recommend it.

We loved our glamping tent! It was very cute and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. A short walk to the centre of Scamander and the beach. The owner/manager was very friendly.

The property was very centrally located. The manager/owner was very professional and attentive to our needs. He was amazing. The cabin was super clean and was very well equipped. It even had egg cups. 😀. Rate 9.5/10.

Loved this hotel! The communication with them was easy and timely. I came in late and the hosts were super nice and did not leave me stranded. The location superb. Beautiful views of the ocean. Super clean! Not a hair in the bathroom, not a stain in the towels or sheets. And I am picky. I did not get to use the pool but it looked amazing. Kitchen had everything I needed and more. They have parking was right in front of my room. Always felt safe. Shower was hot and great water pressure. Bed was super comfortable and great pillows.

White sands estate.

White sands estate. Windy the first day we arrived but was a warm tassie 30degree day so that wasnt a problem. I imagine if its windy and not summer, one would need jackets and stay indoors. Driving to find food for dinner as we had not booked in the restaurant the night we arrived and they were fully booked. We ended up in Scamander and had some great food but service was poor only cos there was minimal communication from the owners and only two working in the kitchen. Falmouth is a beautiful spot with clear waters and very relaxed vibe, minimal buildings so it feels so isolated and is a good escape from busy life

Excellent location so close to St Helen’s & Bicheno, so close to the gorgeous Falmouth beach and other local beaches including bay of fires, beautiful accomodation, coffee pod machine was fantastic, beds were so comfortable, everything is thought of and provided, the backyard was amazing with soft grass and warming fire pit, it is so nice it fully fenced and dog friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back ❤️

The position of the property is absolutely the drawcard. The town of Falmouth is such a beautiful little gem and the beach walks were fabulous; Also a big bonus was the fact that a item from the pantry (soup) saved us, when we couldn't (didn't plan well) get any food on Sunday night in St Helens and Scamander. My request for an additional item in the kitchen was quickly attended to.

INCREDIBLE location!! The roar of the sea and the views were exceptional. It was like staying in a luxury hotel perched on the edge of the sea. The spa was perfect, listening to the waves and relaxing in the warm water. The sauna after a day of exploring was amazing. Falmouth is a beautiful place on an idyllic stretch of coastline. An absolute must stay for a romantic getaway.

Sheoakes Beach House was our base for this part of our little lap of Tassie. We explored the East Coast over a period of 3 days/2 nights. We originally had Swansea in mind however by some magical twist of fate we ended up here and WOW - it far exceeded our expectations. The best way I can describe it - a remote, serene, peaceful paradise on earth.
