EVERYTHING it was such an amazing experience. The service from when we landed at the airport. We didn’t ever had to pick up our bags they took care of that. The service. The tours. The food the view the room. Everything was such good excellent. I loved all the experience. Private beach, the kangaroos (a familiar animal to the them) run free at all the island

That our complimentary golf buggy was delivered to the airport for us to use. Hamish and Anne Marie were wonderful, meeting us at the airport and helping us to settle in. definitely coming back! Very family friendly!

The bungalows are part of a large hotel complex however they are set a short distance away. Very safe and very clean. We loved it. The hotel took care of your luggage from the airport for free.

While not as bougie as the Hayman Island Resort, there is a lot to do at this resort. There are 2 restaurants on the island and the food options include an asian restaurant and a burger and pizza type of place. But vegetarian options available too and a small gift shop in the main lobby. But the key thing is the amazing activities to do on the resort (swimming with stingrays, live reef, sunset beach area behind with a rainforest pathway too to hike, sailing lessons that can be done from the island and scubadiving from island. The island has two sides, one for day trip and one for people staying. Big pools to swim in plus beach side. Great views. Easy to access port to go to reef or white haven tours as well as snorkeling tours or back to mainland to airlie beach or hamilton island. Walaroos are cute as anything on the island and you can feed them apples and bread and rice etc. like they are your pet dog. The cockatoos too. There was also paint and sip and other activities as well. Very family friendly. There is an underwater observatory room(an aquarium of sorts) and morning yoga in that room. there is also a kids section and other such aquariums throughout. It is beautiful paradise

A great island to visit and well worth it for a winter escape. Great walks to do and the beaches were not busy considering the amount of people that are here on holiday. Great roads and the free buses were great for getting around.

We found the attitude across the board was you are lucky to be here rather than welcoming you to the island Buggy hire was expensive. No nice coffee bars. There is a pub scene but no nice little wine bars where you could relax and take in the view. On a positive note Manta Ray restaurant was great and gave you these options. Staff were fantastic.

Hamilton Island is a great place to stay with many things to do in a relatively small area. All within walking distance. On top of that there are many activities can be organized from the island to do around and off-shore.

Hamilton Island is a wonderful go-to destination at the heart of the QLD Whitsunday experience. There are world class restaurants as well as pizza and fish-and-chip options for dining. A range of accommodation options from ultra exclusive to family friendly will suit couples to families to family groups. Free bus and shuttle services make sure you can get around, if you don't opt to hire a golf buggy for your stay. The views are world class; real picture postcard stuff. There are multiple options for your powered and non-powered sea adventures on the Great Barrier Reef and their own golf course island. The resort and marina are a very effective monopoly ..... so market competition for accommodation, dining and grocery choices is non-existent. Be prepared to pay top dollar for everything.

We love buggying around the island.

We love buggying around the island. The pools are very pleasant, very comfortable. The golden sand beach, beach chairs and palm trees are very relaxing and appealing. Marina is nice and cosy, full of holiday atmosphere. It is easy to hop on a ferry to Airlie beach and Whiteheaven beach, it is costly though.

Hamilton Island was so lovely and picturesque.

Hamilton Island was so lovely and picturesque. Very easy to get around, especially if you hire a buggy. Romano's was delicious and so was lunch at the Clubhouse on Dent Island. The half day/full day tour at Whitehaven Beach is also a must!

Having heard so much about Hamilton Island it did not disappoint. It is truly a magical heaven like experience. Sunset water’s catapults you into the canopy of trees with the wilderness wildlife at your fingertips. The balcony gives another dynamic of the apartment inside and outside living and private!! Perfectly aligned for cooking you have all the tools and is well kitted out. The buggy is a bonus! Chris the man who can is personable great communication makes your stay seemless. Can’t wait to return. Thank you sunset !!

The location is directly opposite Catseye beach and the view is stunning. This unit is close to everything yet just far enough away from the general hustle and bustle to offer peace and quiet when you want. The staff are a pleasure to deal with, so friendly and accommodating and very helpful. We enjoyed our time so much and found the whole holiday exceptionally fantastic. We definitely recommend this unit for anyone looking for a memorable Hamilton Island holiday.

The photos of this property do not do it justice ! Beautifully decorated & the most amazing view. The pool is stunning & has the most beautiful views over the water. The facilities were all well maintained & the staple items such as salt, pepper, laundry powder etc were very helpful. The hosts Sally & Liz were very helpful & great to deal with. Would highly recommend this property & stunning Hamilton Island.

Had the best stay in Hamilton island! The property was super clean, the view was exceptional. The use of the buggy made our trip extra comfortable. The staff were super easy to communicate with and answered any and all questions I had. Highly recommend!
