Everything! The space is stunning. The decorations and furniture. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen is completely equipped. Each bedroom has its own lovely bathroom. It’s quiet. We couldn’t stop taking photos of the stain glass windows as the sun was setting.

It was truly a wonderful stay at the Bus & Hot Tub Secluded Eco Forest Retreat. We had received warm and clear instruction from Ben and Tess before arrival. The hot tub was already heated up with the wood-fire upon check in. Everything was perfectly set!! It was awesome and wonderful getaway from the hassle!! Highly recommended!!

Amazing experience with great long table dinner starting with an amazing grazing board as history of the house was recounted by the very entertaining Gordon. Lovely private room by river with great shower.

We did not stay at the Bothwell Hotel but were given a free upgrade to Ratho Farm, owned by the same people I believe. We had very nice accommodation in a converted farm building and an extremely nice breakfast, if you're looking for something a bit different and quirky this is the place for you.

Lovely spot on top of a mountain lending itself to beautiful views. Adored the decor choices and all the smart appliances. Outdoor bathtub was a pure delight (make sure to bring your own bath bombs!). Woke up one morning to a wallaby on our doorstep which was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend for a short couples getaway.

Very clean, neat sunny rooms that backed onto a grassed area. Also had a picnic table outside each room which was great for our kids. We had 2 joined rooms and one separate. Gave us all lots of space. Was very quiet, no traffic noise at all. Had dinner at the bistro. Food was excellent, generously sized meals. Lovely place to stay. We will happily return again.

The hosts were so lovely! Upon arrival there was a hamper filled with amazing snacks and 'goodies' that went over and above any other places we've stayed. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge with some crackers & camembert cheese. There was even treats for my pup - organic, dehydrated, lamb treats and food/water bowls. Espresso machine - a bonus! I would stay again; in fact, I tried to another time, but these guys book out so quickly, and I can see why. Very accomodating, and their house keeper is extremely thorough and very friendly to boot!
