Rooms are huge and recently renovated. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had a big shower with good pressure. Across the road from the inlet channel so you see the Spirit of Tassie on its way in and out. The meals were nice and there were plenty of eating options around the area. Staff were very nice at check in and departure.

The location was convenient yet the room was quiet and relaxing. The host Yvonne was a wonderful person! The breakfast was phenomenal. The place had everything we needed, the washer and dryer were very helpful. It was the best stay we have ever experienced. We’d definitely come back!

I loved everything about this apartment. The view was stunning, our room was beautifully presented and very generous in size. There was also a shared laundry across the hallway from our room. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly, clean and convenient.

Very friendly, clean and convenient. I had dropped my wallet at a restaurant Noodles and Rice Restarant at 99 Rooke street. They were so honest the owners. They kept it safely for me to pick up the next day. I had tracked back where I went previous night. Roads were maintained well. Will recommend Devonport by Ferry. Both ways the staff in the Ferry were polite and courteous. Captain was good and knew his work well. Kept us all safe and happy to our destination.

enjoyable, relaxed city & easy to get around, parking is good value in Steele Street & convenient to walk around the city streets for shopping, eating, banks etc, it has great & safe walking paths along the bay away from the city with parking & parklands to stop & enjoy a break in & good tourist/visitor hubs for information & assistance, a visit to the Tiagarra store near the Mersey Bluff lighthouse is a must.

Don't book the Novotel Devonport.

Don't book the Novotel Devonport. If anything else is available - book that. This is a last resort place only. And I'm sorry if you are at that point. Maybe try Launceston or Hobart, or a campervan.

Devonport is a lovely spot. The bluff area is awesome.

Devonport is a lovely spot. The bluff area is awesome. It is a nice quiet town but has shops and a cinema and good food. It is not far from other tourist spots if you want to drive. The beaches are nice and the water is clean and clear.

Not many cafes/food shops were open when we arrived with the Spirit of Tasmania. We enjoyed the space of a 2 bedroom cabin. We only stayed one night & that was enough for us to get a taste of Davenport,

Since my last visit to Devonport it has changed for the better.A wonderful walk along the foreshore. More restaurants to visit. A park Run! The council should be congratulated . Lots to see in the surrounding area.

My husband and I have stayed here on business for many years. As always, we found it excellent value. A budget hotel but very comfortable beds, great pillows, very clean, fantastic big screen TV , 📺 plentiful hot water in a nice bathroom- and the best is, after a long day's work, just a 20 metre walk across the car park to their lovely bistro. Staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Devonport.
