Cradle Mountain is 2 hour car travel, Central to Devonport CBD, restaurants, Shops, Counter meal hotels and supermarkets. overlooking River and Parklands, Spirit of Tasmania passenger ferry passes daily Birchwood self contained self catering Accommodation. Wonderful base to do day trips to Tasmania's most scenic attractions, also for easy access to major population area to generate business. Free Wifi & Free car park.
Rex and Julianne have travelled extensively and know how people like to be treated, they provide home away from home quality accommodation experience.
Magnificent views of Victoria Parade river & park lands, where Spirit of Tasmania sails past daily, central to Cradle Mountain. Great base for business or holiday vacations
