Federation style and spacious home is one of the best locations in Devonport; only 5-10 minute WALKING distance to the CBD, the beach,restaurants, supermarket and cafes.Only 2 minutes from our main walking track which connects shops, the river (as well as the ferry across to the Spirit of Tas) and our two main beaches. The Villa is a best place to see the New Year firework and Christmas celebration with friends and family. It can accommodate big group up to 8 people.
