Amazing hostel in the rainforest. Loved the cafe. Loved the pool. Loved the wallabies. If you don't have your own transport, you need to factor in an extra A$7 each way for the shuttle service to/from mission bay, provided by missionlink, but still exceptional value.

Everyone is extremely polite and respectful very easy to find your way around all food venues were excellent and good value the beach is a 5 minute stroll from most accommodation great place in general

A wonderful place to have a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

A wonderful place to have a peaceful and relaxing holiday. The local people are very friendly and welcoming and the beach is clean and beautiful. There is not a lot to do but relax and enjoy the family experience. We went to the beach each morning to make sand castles and collect shells. In the afternoon we went for a walk along the beach or visited the playground for a play on the swings. There are a few places to grab food. We enjoyed eating out at the local hotel and also the caravan park where we had a delicious pizza. Mission Beach and Cairns within day trip distance if you want to visit tourist areas. I would highly recommend Kurrimine Beach for a family holiday.

Older style "Auto Motel" type establishment [if you remember...

Older style "Auto Motel" type establishment [if you remember Auto Motels your probably as old as me] very clean, comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities flat screen TV, tile floor, air conditioning, park outside your door, two story building, good restaurant, friendly helpful staff.

Beautiful place and a beautiful community.

Beautiful place and a beautiful community. My Husband & I want to retire there! Everything was perfect and the Pub served the yummiest food. The only downfall was there is nowhere close to buy a coffee or have breakfast but we did see work being done on the old cafe so hopefully that is being reopened soon. We will definitely be back again! Murdering Point Winery is a MUST if you go to Kurrimine Beach, you will NOT regret a stop there (your wallet might) as everything so so yummy but affordable & the staff as soooo friendly.

I’m travelling from Cooktown to Sunshine Coast & pulling into little beaches that I have driven past for the last 17 years. WOW!!!!! Absolutely gorgeous place, the owners are so friendly & accommodating Do it, or you will regret that you never🌺😎

Kurrimine Beach is a beautiful tropical Beach.

Kurrimine Beach is a beautiful tropical Beach. There are lots of places to visit that are not to far away if you have a car. You will not have any little holiday shops to browse, and a limited number of eateries, but the quiet pace makes for a relaxed break. The Kurrimine Beach Holiday Park, caters well for tasty meals, and cool drinks.
