We loved the area the beautiful historic buildings. We stayed during the week so weren’t able to sample your breakfast but the meals we had in the restaurant were delicious. I would definitely recommend the Rose and Crown.

We enjoyed our stay at Angus' place. Very comfortable King bed and spacious room and bathroom. We liked it so much we stayed again the second time. Angus is very accomodating and always willing to help if needed. Thank you and we highly recommend this pad!

Spent 2 days with grandkids.

Spent 2 days with grandkids. Great spot short drive to all Swan Valley attractions Clean and comfortable cabin. It was super hot. Maybe a ceiling fan in master bedroom would be great, although the split system air con in the living area was really good Pool area is great

I thought i had booked a cabin with ensuite but ended with a...

I thought i had booked a cabin with ensuite but ended with a family room with shared amenities, this was not a problem as a ten second walk to amenities. toilets and basins where always clean, shower cubicle not so clean, shower head dribbled out of one shower but was great in the other, i did wash the floor down as there was a lot of sand on the floor in the cubicle dry off section. Very happy with the room though, thank you, great stay

Easy after hours check in and out

Easy after hours check in and out I would have left a nice note for the cleaners but didn't have a pen with me. I think my cleaners name was Tash. The room was lovely and clean and the air-conditioning was on which was great as it was a very hot day.

I'm weird.

I'm weird. I like small, non-descript towns, separated and distinct, but within range of the main regional city. People are nice, open space, lower prices, better air, quieter. Middle Swan has a small downtown/center, but lots of closed-up shops. If you wish to support local, small-town business, this is it. Perth Transit has a rapid-transit/subway/skytrain/MRT/metro line that terminates in Middle Swan, and you can take that line directly to Perth center or continue right into Fremantle. One ticket. Convenient. Buses are everywhere in Middle Swan, just look it up on the Perth Transit site or on Google. Two trains can get you to the airport. Most people won't be coming here by public transit. This is a car-centric neighborhood. Middle Swan is actually quite diverse, so there are a lot of restaurant choices. Philippines is well-represented here.

Everything that was required was there.

Everything that was required was there. Close to Midland Gate shopping centre so very handy for shopping or coffee. We catered for ourselves for breakfast, and were out for lunch and dinner with family. Could use a more comfortable sofa. I know it converts to a bed, but there are some much nicer ones on the market. Hosts were very helpful on the phone, lovely customer service.
