Setting is in a quiet suburban street with lots of trees and beautiful birdlife. There are 2 large dining tables, inside and outside, which are great for all the family to sit together. There is a large leather lounge and a separate day bed and occasional chairs providing two separate living areas. Two new and spacious bathrooms. Outside hose and shower with soap provided to use before entering the house to wash off sand from the beach.
