We were pleasantly surprised at how much thought and attention to detail had been given to stocking the accommodation with holiday essentials. We were greeted with a fridge full of fresh eggs, butter,milk and a range of bread mixes to use in the bread maker supplied. There was internet wifi, a smart TV, family board games etc. Even farm animals to pet! We felt welcomed and extremely comfortable.

We traveled as a family. The house is located in a beautiful, scenic area. It was spacious and had everything we needed for a stay — kitchenware, a large barbecue on the veranda, two comfortable double beds, and a washer-dryer. The cozy living room was perfect for spending time together — we enjoyed playing board games as a family while relaxing on the comfy sofa.

Imo the beauty and serenity of the location is unmatched. We loved playing tennis, bushwalking through the property, canoeing along the lovely Frankland River practically at our doorstep, also having an outdoor wood fire and BBQ. Very comfy beds and well equipped kitchen plus an indoor wood fire to keep us warm at night. Also Prue the manager is a fabulous and very generous host! Fyi as a family of 4 living in Albany we were 2-3 times a year regulars at the Chalets for 17 years up until 5 years ago when our son and then later our daughter moved to Perth to study, so this was our first reunion visit to what we all call our 'second home"!!!
