The property was close to the airport. Friendly staff, comfortable room.

There's a good bar downstairs serving fresh beer, Upstairs is just great. Comfy and adequate for budget accom in Sydney. I'll be back.

The staff are so helpful and really welcoming I stay here quite a lot and they treat me like a VIP Beds are so comfortable and clean!!

Room was clean and the environment was quiet, staffs were polite and super friendly, we stayed there a while and house keeping was great, location is convenient -› above a bistro, next to a super market, a Japanese restaurant and a kabeb shop cross the road …

One of my best stays in Australia! The hotel is around 5 months old and you can see everything is new. The room was great and very clean. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was light but sufficient. I liked their Nespresso coffee in room and in the all-day lounge area. The jacuzzi pool and gym are small but nice. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel and a Woolies a few minutes’ walk away. I will definitely stay here again when in Sydney.

The entire property was so stunning! The food, cocktails, pools, gym and sauna made our stay so memorable. The STAFF there made this place a 10/10! Shout out to Amy and all the staff working at the front desk for going above and beyond for our girls trip! You were all so kind, personable and beyond helpful.

The proximity to the Arrivals Terminal is excellent. You emerge from Customs and the hotel is in the lobby of the airport. So convenient after a long flight, and onward flight the next day.

Good food in very pleasant Bistro. Very secure. Plenty of room. Fresh and newly refurbished. 1 block from Penshurst station. Staff very helpful.

The staff went above and beyond to upgrade my uncles room to a room with a private bathroom, as he believed that I booked a room with a private bathroom but in fact I booked a room with a shared bathroom.
