Loved the location - the view from the back yard was so beautiful. It was really quiet and the town was lovely. We were still close to the Great Ocean Road which we visited but also did the Timboon railway walk. Loved how we had a full kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Also appreciated the chocolates and wine left by the host

Mattresses were very comfortable. Showers hot. Heater kept us warm & the fire pit. Plenty of storage.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and pride Robyn puts into maintaining and presenting the space - it was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. Robyn was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. One of the standout touches was the freshly baked bread waiting for us on arrival, which was simply sublime and such a thoughtful gesture. The views were breathtaking - easily some of the best we’ve experienced - and made the whole stay feel even more special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and we especially loved spending time in the game room. The pool table and the unique memorabilia added so much character and made it a really fun space to relax in. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and highly recommend it to others.

The location was perfect for me , the off street car park was great , free fast wi fi is much appreciated , the staff were more than helpful and very friendly . The pub is close to a supermarket and a bakery wich is always a plus .

Amazing comfort, cleanliness and ambience. The staff were super welcoming. The spa bath was a great way to relax after a long day exploring. The kitchenette is well equipped with a portable hob and easily sufficient for preparing meals. The complimentary laundry was really helpful for our trip too.
