Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff. The food from the on-site restaurant was absolutely gorgeous. Really close to the Spa racing circuit but also secluded away from traffic and more tourist locations, great place to unhook from technology and just enjoy the peace and quiet.

In November was my birthday and we chose the perfect...

In November was my birthday and we chose the perfect accommodation for a romantic weekend getaway, the bed was really comfortable, our Chalet was really clean and preheated (which was great cause outside was already cold) and the area was so peaceful and quiet. Laura was very friendly at the reception and gave us some useful informations about the region. Unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we couldn't as much as we wanted, but that didn't affect our stay at les Refuges du Chalet. We highly recommend Thermes de Spa, which is only 5 minutes driving from this cute "village". We definitely want to come back again in Sommer and enjoy the sun on one of those beautiful terraces :)

This hotel is fantastic, a very short drive to Circuit De Spa, so perfect for my trip. The Hotel and grounds are beautiful, in an old railway station. I had the best nights sleep of this year, and that is not an exaggeration. The staff are wonderful, on arrival there was a friendly and efficient welcome. And the breakfast staff on both mornings were so polite and professional, they really gave this hotel visit a luxury feel, full marks to this hotel and staff :)
