I loved the warm welcome and friendly atmosphere. The location was perfect and close to amenities such as shops and restaurants. The hotel was beautifully decorated making it a calm and peaceful place to be. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Zen Hotel is one of the best places we have stayed during our holiday in Bulgaria .The hotel has a home feel atmosphere,which is unique and rarely seen.Clean and large rooms with balconies facing the swimming pool.Very good location especially for couples who want to explore the area .Big thank you to the owner who really made us feel like being at home.

Relatively clean and quiet. Close to good restaurants and grocery stores. Staff was very responsive. A/C in rooms. Coffee shop with good coffee, drinks and some breakfast food on site.

The staff was very friendly, always smiling and helpful! The room was very nice and the bed very comfortable! Breakfast was delicious, location is comfortable -walking distance from both Veleka and Butamyata beaches and the hotel was quiet

Located 5 min walk from the beach, a new and comfortable little hotel. Equally close to the town centre with all the attractions and restaurants. Enough parking space in the vicinity. Very friendly and helpful staff, readily going out of their way to satisfy the guests. The apartment is quiet, clean and well equipped. A nice balcony for an evening drink in the fresh air.

We were group of friends and we had a fantastic experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and refreshed daily, adding to our comfort. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurant. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
