The location is great, right close to the old streets! The restaurant has superb views overlooking the whole valleys. I also like the receptionists who are very helpful and offer luggage storage and early check-in.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Veliko Tarnovo. Overall, we had a great experience.

Really impressed! I can hardly recommend this hotel to every person that want to visit Veliko Tarnovo. Lovely view from the balcony . Also one of the best spa so far in Bulgaria. Clean welcoming rooms ! Everything is with amazing touch in details. Lovely smiling staff , always ready to help . If you have special occasion this is look like perfect place to be. We enjoyed our stay at Panorama hotel very much. The hotel is centrally located, close to all sites. It has a stunning view and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We booked a suite and even the bathroom had a view. The restaurant also has a view. The staff is very helpful. When we arrived, the restaurant served us lunch, even though it was late in the day. The lady at the reception, Tsvetomira Yordanova, was particularly helpful. She gave us a great recommendations, including for a very nice local restaurant and went out of her way to accommodate our friend’s request for some additional items in the room. The hotel has 8 parking slots in front, which is a big plus for that area of Veliko Turnovo. It is also pet-friendly. Our small dog, Finn, was able to stay with us. We will return to this hotel again.

For a first visit, i was very good. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to visit the pool. The room was located at the third floor and it was very cozy and warm.

Big room, balcony, free parking, good location for travelers to and from Turnovo

I went to Veliko Tarnovo for the first time and was not let down to the slightest. The owner was exceptionally pleasant and the location and view were spectacular as well.
